White label

Your brand out front. Crowder behind it.

Your audience buys on your site, under your brand, and pays into your accounts.

  • Your money

You get paid into your own accounts from the first sale. The service charge is yours too.

  • Your brand

Your domain, your design and your pages, which your team builds with blocks and templates, no developers needed.

  • Your data

Your buyer base, with their consent, ready to export whenever you want. Connect Meta and Google, track every campaign by UTM and recover abandoned carts by email.

The Crowder page editor: a countdown, a video and FAQs are added to the Festival Rompiente landing page, the store colors are applied and the page goes live. Next to it, the published page on a phone.

On-sales

Sell out, don’t crash.

A virtual queue ready in minutes, one spot per account and no ticket sold twice.

An on-sale seen from above: people wait in the virtual queue, go through a gate that sets the pace, each account holds a single spot and every purchase holds its seats while paying, until the show sells out, the room clears and the next one comes in. Above it, the console control: an entry rate of 1,500 per minute, which you can raise or lower, the pre-queue open and a message to the queue.
  1. Virtual queue

Create it from the event dashboard, with a pre-queue for people who show up early.

  2. Live control

Let more or fewer people in, and watch sales per minute and declines in the console.

  3. One spot per account

Everyone joins the queue with their own registered account, and spots can’t be transferred.

  4. No overselling

Every ticket is held while it’s being paid for.

Got a big on-sale coming up? We’ll show you how we’d set it up.

Book a demo

Your venue, seat by seat.

Draw your venue’s map once in the map designer and use it for every date. Your audience picks their seat on that same map.

The map designer draws the floor plan of Teatro Turmalina: it traces the stage and the orchestra, lays out rows, duplicates and mirrors sections, sets price zones and accessible seats, and on one date holds seats for guests and shows what has sold.
  1. Upload the floor plan as an image and draw on top of it. If it’s an SVG, each shape becomes a section in one click.

  2. Curved rows, boxes, tables and standing areas. Duplicate, mirror, and seat numbers fill themselves in.

  3. Each zone gets its color, ready to be priced for every date. Accessible and restricted-view seats.

  4. Each date gets its own copy of the map. Hold seats for guests by painting them, and see what has sold in real time. Your audience sees the view from their seat before they buy.

Tickets and access

Printed, on a wristband or on a phone.

All of them are validated at the gate through the Quentro integration, or with your own access control.

Your printed ticket, your design.

Build the template in the ticket designer and the box office prints on the spot.

  • Templates with your logo, perforations and orientation, for Zebra thermal printers at 203 or 300 dpi.
  • Place the fields you need: show, section, row, seat, price, ticket holder and a barcode or QR code.

RFID wristbands and cards.

Each wristband or card is linked to a ticket and validated at the gate with a tap.

  • One wristband for a full-festival pass, or one per day if you sell day tickets.
  • At the gate, they’re validated with Quentro Check, the access app for handheld scanners.
  • If you run your own access control, Quentro Box connects it from an on-premise server.

On the phone, with Quentro too.

Tickets arrive by email as a PDF, or straight to the Quentro app.

  • The PDF uses your event’s template, with a QR code or barcode.
  • In the Quentro app, the ticket shows up even without signal.
  • In My tickets on your store, buyers see their QR code, download the PDF and, if you allow it, request a refund.

Plus: home delivery, pickup points and an API so your own access control can download the tickets.

The Teatro Turmalina ticket designer: the event, the seat and the barcode are dragged onto the template, and the box office thermal printer prints the ticket.
An access reader validates two Festival Rompiente RFID wristbands: access granted, and the entry counter goes up by one for each.
The Quentro app on a phone: three tickets arrive, one is transferred to Camila and the others keep showing their QR codes offline.

Frequently asked questions

Have another question? Get in touch

Which countries does it work in?

Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay, among others, with each country’s payment gateways and built-in e-invoicing.

Can it handle a massive on-sale?

Yes. We run the most demanding on-sales in the region, with millions of people in the virtual queue. Each account gets a single spot and no ticket is sold twice, even when a tour goes on sale in several countries at once.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. You export your buyer database, with their consent, whenever you want.

Who collects the ticket money?

You do. Sales are paid into your own payment accounts from the first sale, and the service charge is yours too.

Does it include access control?

Yes, through the full integration with Quentro, which validates every kind of ticket: with Quentro Check, the app for handheld scanners, or with Quentro Box, an on-premise server that connects to your own access control. If you’d rather plug in another system, tickets can be downloaded via API.

Do I need a tech team?

No. Your team builds the store and the pages with blocks, and sets up pricing from templates. If you want your own site or app, there’s the API.
